Please refer to our return and shipping policies below. Our devoted and satisfied clientele is evidence that we constantly work to fulfill your requirements to the best of our abilities!

  • In all cases of returns and exchanges, we exclusively offer product exchanges; to do this, send an email to support@amohaclothing.com within 3 days  of getting the product
  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products are required.
  • Save the original packaging by making sure that all tags and labels are still in place.
  • Please be aware that the courier companies are third parties and that they can only make a few calls for reverse pickup. Please turn over the shipment all at once to prevent cancellations or delays for the reverse pickup.

APPROPRIATION OF EXCHANGE:

  •  Amoha Clothing exclusively exchanges products; returns are not accepted in any situation.
  • Customized, made-to-order, and made-to-measure products are not returnable to Amoha Clothing.
  • If a product is flawed or faulty, it can be swapped.
  • If the product is different, it can be swapped.
  • Should the items not fit properly (problems with size)
  • Items that have been worn, cleaned, or soiled will not be accepted.
  • There are no exchanges for sale items.
  • When we get the merchandise, we will perform a thorough quality inspection before approving any exchange requests.
  • Note that there can only be one exchange per product.

CANCELLATION POLICY

After a transaction is placed, https://amohaclothing.com/ does not accept cancellations. Before completing your order, please check your cart thoroughly.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • To ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery of your products, we collaborate with some of the top logistics firms.
  • All pre-paid orders ship for free in India.
  • Payment upon delivery: 70 rupees for each shipment.
  • Our delivery windows typically span four to nine business days.

Please be aware that there are situations when events outside of our control affect delivery schedules, such as strikes, bad weather, delays in transit caused by our shipping partners, etc. However, we promise to use every effort to make sure your cargo gets to you as soon as possible.
